What we collect

What you give us in the forms: name, email, phone, delivery address, tax number (optional) and your message or order. Your cart is stored only in your browser.

Why we use it

To answer requests, process and deliver orders, issue invoices and, if you ask, send news. The legal basis is performing the contract, legal obligations and your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us provide the service: website hosting, email delivery, courier and accounting. We never sell data.

How long we keep it

Contact requests for up to 2 years. Billing data for as long as the law requires (10 years).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to the email above. You can also complain to the Portuguese data authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
