Oca means home.
In Tupi-Guarani, oca is the family home. Three hills, three colours, one family at the table. Since 2017, a small team led by women has handmade the recipes they grew up with.

How we make it
From cassava to your freezer.
- Chosen cassavaIt all starts with cassava: it gives tapioca its starch, pão de queijo its polvilho and escondidinho its creamy mash.
- HandmadeSmall batches, family recipes and no shortcuts. Much more flavour, just like the pack says.
- Frozen straight awayWe freeze right after cooking. That’s how we keep the flavour without a single preservative.
- Ready in minutesFrom freezer to pan, oven or hob. Between 3 and 35 minutes, depending on the dish.

Our symbol

Three hills, one oca.
The Oca Tupi symbol is three hills, shaped like the oca, the traditional home. The rising steam is a dish fresh from the oven. The colours are the Brazil we bring to the table: cassava green, river blue, sunshine yellow.
