These terms apply to purchases made on this website, sold by Oca Tupi [nome legal, NIF e morada a confirmar].

Orders

Sending your cart is a request. The purchase is only complete once we confirm availability, the final amount and the delivery date by email.

Prices

Prices include VAT. While the website shows "illustrative prices", the final amount is the one we confirm by email.

Payment

MB WAY, bank transfer or cash on delivery, as stated in the confirmation.

Delivery

Products are frozen and shipped cold. Please be available in the agreed window and put everything in the freezer as soon as it arrives.

Returns

As these are frozen, perishable foods, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery. If anything arrives damaged or thawed, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will sort it out.
